Design Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Design Consultant to add to our team! The Design Consultant is responsible for assisting buyers in the selection of all standard and upgrade options; documenting, processing, approving and distributing change orders; setting and adjusting pricing; and assuring customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the selection process. The position involves scheduling appointments with buyers; meeting with vendors and suppliers; explaining, demonstrating and calculating pricing for buyers’ consideration, and generating accurate paperwork. Experience in design, an Associate’s degree or equivalent, or a combination of both is required. Must have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel.

Construction Manager

We are looking for experienced Construction Managers to join our team! Construction Managers are the front line for projects that have entered the construction phase. The job involves managing multiple projects, various sub-contractors, building and safety standards on-site, communication with our buyers, along with many other parts of the build process. Experience in residential construction is required; production building is preferred.

Sales Associate

We are always looking for New Home Sales Associates to join our exciting sales team. The sales team is the face of Bonvie Homes to our buyers and is there not only to sell homes, but also our company’s culture. Previous sales experience is preferred, but isn’t always required. We offer training programs to help set up our sales team members for success. Sales Associates generally move into the Community Sales Manager role depending on training and performance.

Sales Assistant

Sales Assistants are the lifeblood of the sales team. In this role, assistants have the opportunity to be part of the sales process. This is an hourly position and can be either part- or full-time depending on the needs of the business. Sales Assistants perform a variety of functions as a part of the sales process including staffing sales centers when other sales staff are unavailable, assisting with paperwork, scheduling, etc…, and communicating with our buyers. New home sales experience is an asset to this role, but is not required.
